Giovanni Caronia started his career with Eurotecnica Contractors 55 years ago. He “grew with the company” and is currently the president of Eurotecnica Contractors and Engineers. He has managed to establish the company’s presence in Iran, a goal aspired by many European companies. Caronia talked to us about his company briefly:

A Melamine Business: We are an engineering and a contracting company. We are supplying a melamine plant here in Iran to Khorassan Petrochemical Complex. This is the first plant we are supplying in Iran. We have built roughly 100 plants in the world. We specialize in melamine but have also built aromatic plants.

Iran's prevailing atmosphere is highly appropriate for investment in the future

A Marketing Opportunity: The forum is very good and well-organized. Iran enjoys a very good standing among the world countries. After hearing the speeches at the forum, I have to confirm that the prevailing atmosphere here is highly appropriate for investment in the future. We are currently working in Iran, but many companies in Europe hope to enter the Iranian market.

A Working Partnership: We are working with a local partner, Nargan. Eurotecnica Contractors & Engineers is very satisfied with Nargan. The partnership is working out very well and I believe we can go on in the future and even get involved in projects out of Iran, perhaps in the Middle East, China and Italy.
